Account & Data Deletion Policy

Pharma India CRM is an enterprise field-force management app. User accounts are created and managed by the employing company's administrator; employees do not register themselves. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and personal data, what is deleted, and what may be retained.

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data in either of the following ways:

2. What personal data is deleted

When an approved request is processed, the personal data linked to your account is deleted, including:

3. What is retained, and why

Because the app is used in an employer–employee context to record paid business activity, certain operational records — such as attendance logs, GPS location history, Daily Call Reports (DCRs), doctor/chemist relationships and sales entries — may be retained by the company as business records where required for payroll, tax, audit or territory continuity, as permitted by law. Any such retained data is no longer linked to your identity beyond what the law requires. GPS location history is in any case automatically purged on a rolling 40-day retention schedule.

On termination, a user's field assets (Doctors, Chemists, DCR history) are typically transferred to a replacement employee by a Regional Sales Manager or Administrator to ensure uninterrupted business operations in that territory.

4. Timeframe

Deletion requests are typically actioned by the administrator within 30 days of verification. You may continue to use the app until your request is processed.
